For a dream holiday, far away from stress and completely dedicated to relaxation and fun, choose the Residence Porto Rotondo 3: discover our comfortable, welcoming and suitable apartments for any need! They can accommodate up to 7 people and offer any kind of comfort.

This is to tell you that you can stay at our facility with your family or friends, knowing that you will find the ideal environment to spend your days away from stress, freeing your mind and focusing only and exclusively on the super exclusive landscape that surrounds you! You don’t have to worry about anything: inside each apartment you’ll find everything you need on holiday and, after all, you’ll feel like you’ve never left home!

You can choose the version that best meets your needs: two-room, three-room and four-room apartments fully furnished and equipped, ready to be lived in and to welcome you and your fellow travellers for as long as you want!

Bring your children with you: the apartments are designed for family environments, you will see that they will immediately feel at ease. You can let them play quietly on the beach and show them fantastic landscapes, and then let them rest peacefully in a comfortable, warm and reassuring environment.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, of € 150.00 per apartment refundable upon inspection. If departure not compatible with receipt times, it will be returned (minus any damages and shortages) by mail or bank transfer.

What do the rates include?

Rates are per week and include:
Bed, bath and kitchen linens, complete change for periods of 2 weeks or longer with room and bathroom rearrangement (excluding kitchenette) and the following Residence services: use of the swimming pool, playground and WI-FI.

Is the baby crib available?

Yes, it is available but by reservation only, at a cost of €20.00 per week.

Arriving after hours

Arrivals at times other than those indicated in the reception schedule will be considered only if reported by the agency at the time of booking or directly to the reception. If no notice is given, the front desk does not guarantee availability.
