The Residence Porto Rotondo Tre is located at the beginning of the village of Porto Rotondo, as if to welcome newly arrived guests. It is part of a larger condominium, called Rudargia, which is part of the consortium of Porto Rotondo, which guarantees security 24 hours a day.
The structure is composed of staircase facades and wide arches of passage that make it pleasant, as well as harmonious. Everything is accompanied by balconies and windows in local stone, with dark wood frames and roofs created with protruding tiles on wooden beams.
The Residence is surrounded by a garden which is lovingly cared for all year round and which, for this reason, is always flowery and fragrant. In addition, it accompanies tourists at the entrance through a driveway of oleanders, flowers widespread not only in Porto Rotondo but throughout Sardinia.
It is located in a pedestrian area, adjacent to large and comfortable parking lots where you can leave your car quietly throughout your stay. Moreover, it is surrounded by all the necessary services: within a radius of 50 meters, in fact, there is a supermarket, post office, bank, newsagent and bar. With a few more steps, instead, you can easily reach the pharmacy, the shuttle that leads to Ira beach, the weekly high crafts market and many shops and restaurants.
For those who want to stay in the Residence even in periods other than the official ones (for example, during the spring long weekends), it is possible to make a reservation anyway. The standard opening of the structure goes from the beginning of June to the end of September (with weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday) but, on specific request, several apartments are made available to timeshare owners and guests, to enjoy the wonders of the island even at different times of the year.
