At check-in guests must show a photo ID and a credit card. Will also require a deposit of € 150 which will be refunded at check-out, after checking the condition of the accommodation excluding any damage. Only in case of force majeure (Covid) we arrange the refund of the entire amount paid. Within 20 days of arrival you can request a refund for any reason of the amount paid and consequently the cancellation of the reservation. There is a tourist tax of € 1.80 per day for each guest over the age of 16 years.
It is necessary to communicate in advance the time of arrival. There is no minimum age required to check in. Parties/events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Children of all ages are welcome. Extra beds cannot be added. A baby crib is available by reservation only at a cost of 20 euros per week. Between 23:00 and 09:00 must be respected the silence of the condominium.
Check-in from 17 to 20 hours; checkout by 10 am.
In the rent is always included: bed linen and towels, complete change for periods of 2 weeks or more with rearrangement of rooms and bathroom (excluding kitchenette), the final cleaning. The services of the Residence included are the use of the swimming pool and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is paid on consumption: 0,50 € for each kilowatt, calculated through a dedicated meter. The meter reading takes place at checkin and at checkout.
For a fee you can use the following services: laundromat, tennis, beach equipment (umbrellas, sunbeds, etc.), use of the telephone in the apartment.
At checkout will be charged a fee of € 50.00 if the kitchenette is found not clean.
The credit cards accepted at the property are as follows: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, CartaSi, American Express. Residence Portorotondo Tre reserves the right to temporarily withhold an amount prior to your arrival.
The occupancy of beds in the apartments is strictly limited to the number of places indicated in the description of the apartment (even in the case of infants for whom it is possible to request a crib).
Office hours reception: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 16: to 19:30. Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:0 to 20:00.
Arrivals after hours: arrivals at times other than those indicated in the reception timetable will be taken into consideration only if reported at the time of booking or directly to the reception, and in any case if the arrival is expected after 24:00 hours will be accepted on the day following the opening hours of the Reception. In case of no notice, the reception does not guarantee availability.
Pool closing period: from Saturday 20 March 2021 to Friday 4 June 2021 and from Friday 1 October 2021 to Friday 3 June 2022.
